Dr. Rachel Wai is board-certified in family medicine. Her areas of clinical focus include women's health services, therapeutic lifestyle interventions for the treatment of chronic conditions and care for the aging population. Dr. Wai's passion for providing lifestyle medicine services comes from prioritizing preventative health care and self-care education for the treatment of disorders caused by lifestyle factors, including obesity and mental health concerns.

I found daft. Wai to be incredibly thorough with my first appointment with her as a new patient. It was obvious that she was looking very closely at all of my historical data in my chart.
