Dr. Rachel Wai is board-certified in family medicine. Her areas of clinical focus include women’s health services, therapeutic lifestyle interventions for the treatment of chronic conditions and care for the aging population. Dr. Wai’s passion for providing lifestyle medicine services comes from prioritizing preventative health care and self-care education for the treatment of disorders caused by lifestyle factors, including obesity and mental health concerns.
Dr. Wai earned her medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She completed her family medicine residency through Texas Tech Family Medicine Permian Basin in Odessa. Dr. Wai speaks fluent Spanish.
