Bio
Dr. Rose Ngishu’s healthcare career began over 25 years ago when she earned her nursing degree. She worked as a registered nurse in critical care, home health, and nursing administration before becoming a board-certified internal medicine physician in 2015. Dr. Ngishu previously worked in primary care within an Arlington clinic. She takes a holistic approach in her evaluation and management of patients’ health and thrives on helping adult patients manage their complex and chronic health conditions, to lead them to improved well-being.
Dr. Ngishu earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She also completed her internal medicine residency at that university. Dr. Ngishu is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary society, American College of Physicians and Texas Medical Association. Outside the office, she enjoys writing poetry, singing, singing, songwriting, volunteering, and traveling. She has even released two albums.
