The front and back office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The office was clean, and there was water in the waiting room. Wait time to be called back was low, and I did not wait in the exam room too long for the nurse practitioner to come in. She was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. She was thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered. She took her time with me. It was a great experience.
