Allison Cothern has been caring for North Texans as a certified family nurse practitioner since 2020. She previously worked in a busy family medicine clinic in the Dallas area. Allison has a passion for advocating for patients throughout their lifespan and promoting prevention-based health care. She places a priority on providing quality care with compassion.
Allison earned her undergraduate nursing degree at Eleanor Mann School of Nursing in Fayetteville, Ark. She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with her master's degree in nursing in 2019. Allison is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
