See above. Once the NP arrived I felt heard and appreciated for the knowledge I brought to the meeting. I was successfully scheduled the following day for an MRI and the speed of that procedure scheduling with Envision was appreciated. Although there was a change in the communicated test, I am appreciative of the increased level of testing and the speed in which the procedure could be completed.
