Mary Margaret McClelen, APRN, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner-Familyin Fort Worth, TX

A medical mission trip to Haiti in 2014 where she worked alongside a nurse practitioner spurred Mary Margaret (Maggie) McClelen's interest in becoming a health care provider. She has worked as a registered nurse in the Fort Worth community since 2018 and became a certified family nurse practitioner in 2024. She also is certified as a pediatric nurse with clinical focus in the areas of heart, lung and digestive health care.

Maggie graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with her bachelor's degree in nursing. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice while attending Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Maggie is passionate about getting to know the health of entire families and gaining new medical knowledge each and every day. She places a priority on empowering her patients to have a say in their care and to put their health front and center. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners organizations.
