Pam Whitener has a way of making you feel you are her only patient of the day. She listens, makes notes, suggests treatments, foods, supplements, etc.

Pam is always pleasant and she cares about your overall health, Pam listens to all of my health concerns. She's amazing and so is the staff. I always leave out with the information I need to feel better and stay feeling better.

Dr Pam is excellent. She is always caring, alert to listening to all of my issues, takes her time & doesn't make me feel rushed, offers advice, I'm not afraid to discuss any issue with her. She is the best doctor I've ever had. […] I thought my appt was at 11:30 but it was at 11:00, however, they were kind enough to adjust my appt so I could be seen by Dr Pam. This time it was my fault as I read it wrong on my phone.

Pam is very kind and efficient. My only suggestion would be to provide encouragement to patients when health is going in a positive direction. I had shared that I was taking some natural supplements to help support my thyroid. My blood work ended up showing that my levels were improving, and also showed I no longer needed to be on the thyroid medication. Some people truly try hard to get healthier and there wasn't any encouragement which was a little discouraging. A simple "hey, you're going in the right direction. Keep it up!" goes a long way.
