May 2026From walk in to walk out the flow was good.May 2026I consider myself new to Alyssa , Over the years have developed a bit of White coat syndrome, so it takes me a while to trust a new practitioner. But with every visit to Alyssa and her MA I have become more and more relaxed. Her positive Attitude and professional skills with attention to my details Have definitely made me feel more comfortable! Process is always easy and communication is effective. PA told me that I should have. Had to squeeze pretty hard to produce one after that. As I told the PA I didn't want any issues for the nurse. She was extremely nice and thorough in the other part of her prep and for some reason got that part wrong. I would have no problem with any interaction with her again.Mar 2026Been using this practice for years. There has been a lot of turnover in the staff. Didn't like the wait time for my blood draw and mentioned it when leaving. The only front office person I recognized informed me the window was a lot larger than my scheduled appointment. That appointment was basically a confirmation I would be there. I could have come earlier and gotten into line and if their was a spot that became open I might have been able to finish earlier.
