It is obvious to me that before I arrive for my appointments Alyssa has already studied my lab reports and all information from my other physicians. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind while helping me make the best decisions for my overall health.

I have only had good experiences with everyone in the entire office. The front desk are the most helpful out of all of my doctors. The lab personnel should be given an award for her ease and comfort when drawing blood. Alyssa's assistant is very organized and has a way of bringing calmness to both my husband and I. Overall, Texas Health Family Care in Grapevine exceeds expectations and is proficient.

I've always had a great experience with Dr. Alyssa and her staff. Process is always easy and communication is effective. Never had an issue w/ my care provider (Dr. Alyssa) And I've been coming here for 5 years!

Was told I didn't need to give a urine sample so went to bathroom. PA told me that I should have. Had to squeeze pretty hard to produce one after that. As I told the PA I didn't want any issues for the nurse. She was extremely nice and thorough in the other part of her prep and for some reason got that part wrong. I would have no problem with any interaction with her again.

Been using this practice for years. There has been a lot of turnover in the staff. Didn't like the wait time for my blood draw and mentioned it when leaving. The only front office person I recognized informed me the window was a lot larger than my scheduled appointment. That appointment was basically a confirmation I would be there. I could have come earlier and gotten into line and if their was a spot that became open I might have been able to finish earlier. Again like the front office staff, nurses and especially my PA.

There have been many staff changes. An effort should be made to share those changes with patients.

I have been a patient with this practice since [..]. I have always felt confident in the Care and treatment I have received. Everyone showed concern and compassion toward me.

Alyssa was very informative. I never felt like she was in a rush, she listened and made me feel safe.
