Never had an issue w/ my care provider (Dr. Alyssa) And I've been coming here for 5 years!Mar 2026Excellent jobMar 2026Was told I didn't need to give a urine sample so went to bathroom. PA told me that I should have. Had to squeeze pretty hard to produce one after that. As I told the PA I didn't want any issues for the nurse. She was extremely nice and thorough in the other part of her prep and for some reason got that part wrong. I would have no problem with any interaction with her again.Mar 2026Been using this practice for years. There has been a lot of turnover in the staff. Didn't like the wait time for my blood draw and mentioned it when leaving. The only front office person I recognized informed me the window was a lot larger than my scheduled appointment. That appointment was basically a confirmation I would be there. I could have come earlier and gotten into line and if their was a spot that became open I might have been able to finish earlier. Again like the front office staff, nurses and especially my PA.Feb 2026There have been many staff changes.
