I consider myself new to Alyssa , Over the years have developed a bit of White coat syndrome, so it takes me a while to trust a new practitioner. But with every visit to Alyssa and her MA I have become more and more relaxed. Her positive Attitude and professional skills with attention to my details Have definitely made me feel more comfortable! The visit does start with her MA and I'm glad to have the same one every time she is very caring and I feel I have 100% of her attention when I'm there.

It is obvious to me that before I arrive for my appointments Alyssa has already studied my lab reports and all information from my other physicians. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind while helping me make the best decisions for my overall health.

I have only had good experiences with everyone in the entire office. The front desk are the most helpful out of all of my doctors. The lab personnel should be given an award for her ease and comfort when drawing blood. Alyssa's assistant is very organized and has a way of bringing calmness to both my husband and I. Overall, Texas Health Family Care in Grapevine exceeds expectations and is proficient.
