She is thorough and knowledgeable of the medical practices in which she uses to diagnose and guide patients to better health.Sep 2025I have been a patient for many years and as long as I have been a patient at Texas Health they have had my medical records mixed with another patient that has a similar name as I. I find out more about this patient at every visit. I tell them at each visit that this person is not me but at every follow up appointment I find that my chart and the other patient remains connected. Although I love the PA and staff alike, I really wish that I could attend one doctor's visit without having to tell them who I am versus who I am not.I feel like the other patient in which my chart is confused with may be experiencing the same unintentional Hippa violation as I.Aug 2025All goodAug 2025[…] always greets us with a big smile and completes the initial test and questions in a very professional manner.
