My experience with this has always been excellent. I use to see PA [...] and occasionally Dr. [...] and both were very attentive. PA Alford is equally attentive and makes every effort to listen to me, understand my illness or concerns and addresses them as fully as a team.

The office was running on time, it helped that it was an 8AM appointment. Very good experience,

As a 30+ year Healthcare Administrator, I understand how difficult it can be when an appointment goes beyond the allotted time frame but PA Hailey went above and beyond to ensure that I could hear again before I left the clinic. She was very professional and took the time to explain everything in a well manner. My impression of PA Hailey is that she is compassionate and truly cares about her patients.

Hailey and her team were wonderful and during my visit, they worked together wonderfully. Her assistants (there were actually two of them), went above and beyond to help me get my ears unclogged. I was so happy to be able to hear again when I left there. I think other providers and their assistants would have just given up and sent me away with a referral but they took the extra time and care needed to help me. Please give Hailey and her assistants a raise and tell all three of them that Frank Is very grateful to have had them help me that day!

Hailey was absolutely amazing! Night and day from my last PA.

It seemed like a well oil machine. I went from waiting, to a PA assistant, to Hailey, then lab, and finally checkout. When I moved from station to station, they were all expecting me, polite, and efficient. Really enjoyed all the staff.
