She immediately followed up on insurance information and my questions on the portal. I always feel like Katy knows and remembers me. [...] was also great. I asked her about her own weight loss journey. She told me how the MAs, PAs and even docs in their office encourage one another to exercise. I definitely sense that this is a great place to work, which indirectly affects the care shown to me. This is a great group of professionals.
