Excellent staff

The staff is always friendly & personable. My appt was already scheduled for routine lab work, but 4 days prior, I had fallen & got banged up pretty good. Jill assessed the facial bruises, had a few xrays of my foot, checked the swelling of my nose. They still did my lab work, & gave me the results of the x-rays, fitted me for a boot (broke a bone in my foot), & still managed to answer my questions.

The staff is wonderful and caring. I will not go anywhere else.

The office is very efficiently run. All workers were polite and very professional. Everything was explained to me before it was done. I did not feel like they were rushing through my appointment. I especially like that they gave me a printout of all we had talked about and my vitals. The NP made my next appointment before she left my exam room. I felt very well cared for.

Entire staff was efficient and yet gave me their full attention. I've called several times and received same attention.

I especially like Jill Pridgen's approach to my health.

Everyone was friendly and very efficient. My nurse took excellent care of me and my phlebotomist was so proficient at her job that I felt nothing, even though she drew multiple vials. The folks at the counter were extremely courteous and helpful. The staff are truly a phenomenal team.

Miss Jill thoroughly explained my treatment options and answered all of my questions. She was thoughtful, patient, extremely knowledgeable and treated me with kindness and respect. I modified my health insurance so that I could remain in her care. I am very grateful for her exemplary professionalism.
