Bio

Kelly Campbell is a certified physician assistant with almost three decades of patient care experience. She made her way to Texas in 1995 after attending high school in Daytona Beach, Fla. Kelly worked for a time as a phlebotomist while attending the physician assistant program at the University of Florida. She worked as a physician assistant in general surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville for five years.

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in health science with an emphasis on physician assistant studies from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Much of her recent work has been spent providing surgical assistance in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiovascular practices, where she has collaborated on critical care and complex surgical cases. She is a Fellow of the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiovascular Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
