The front desk helped and explained what she was doing and what to expect. The nurse was funny, which helped ease the nerves. Explained what she was doing and why. The Dr. Went over my past records with me asking me if I had aby questions or concerns and explained in detail of the upcoming procedures and why they needed to be done. Working within the Texas Health system is very effective. There was a small glitch in the scheduling process. I did not recall I had an established relationship with Dr. Parikh, so I accidently scheduled with a different doctor in the practice. A new appointment was required, which resulted in a delay of several weeks.
