Dr. Jack W. Spitzberg is a diagnostic and invasive cardiologist, specializing in hypertension and coronary artery disease. He is board certified in cardiology and internal medicine.
He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University. Receiving his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. There he was president of his class. In addition, he then went on to train at Stanford University, and completed his cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Colorado.
Given these points, Dr. Spitzberg is a fellow of the Council of Clinical Cardiology of the American Heart Association. Furthermore, he is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology.
In conclusion, he is the past president of the American Heart Association in Dallas. As well as a frequent speaker on cardiovascular disease. Additionally, he has been named among the top doctors in Dallas numerous times by D Magazine.

Aug 2025Dr. Spitzburg is the physician I rely on the most of all my medical providers.Aug 2025Dr. Spitzberg always listens to any concerns I have and addresses the issues. I had made an appointment to discuss a certain issue I was having and he listened and gave advice on what I needed to do. I feel so confident any time I have an appointment with Dr. Spitzberg. I have been a patient for many years. He was recommended to me by another doctor years ago as being one of the very best doctors in his field, and I do agree.
