Bio
Dr. Amjad Kabach has served as a fellowship-trained cardiologist, non-invasive cardiovascular specialist, and teacher in the field of cardiology since 2019. His areas of clinical focus include treatments for hypertension, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, valve disease, and other common and complex cardiovascular conditions. He has extensive training with echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular computed tomography (CT) and cardiac MRI to evaluate and treat circulatory and electrical disorders of the heart.
Dr. Kabach previously served as medical director of the Echocardiography Lab for CHI-CommonSpirit Health in the Omaha, Neb., market and as an associate professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine, also in Omaha. He earned his medical degree from Damascus University in Syria. He completed his internal medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine before completing his cardiovascular fellowship at Creighton University Medical Center. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University's Heider College of Business.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Kabach enjoys spending quality time with his family and exercising. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Society of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
