Bio
Dr. Katarina Yaros is a fellowship-trained cardiologist with expertise in cardiac multimodality imaging. This includes cardiac MRI, CT, and advanced echocardiography in a broad range of cardiovascular conditions with special focus on valvular heart disease and imaging guidance in structural heart disease interventions. She has been providing patients with diagnostic support since 2021.
Dr. Yaros graduated with her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine in New York City. She completed her internal medicine residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She also completed her cardiology and advanced imaging fellowships at UT Southwestern. Dr. Yaros' areas of special interest include nuclear imaging and echocardiography. She is fluent in the Slovak and Czech languages.
