Oct 2025[…] and the PA were TERRIFIC. I will continue to use this office because of them.Oct 2025As I stated above, the ladies were so nice and understanding. They all treated me with much respect and were a pleasure to be around.Oct 2025Paulina was 14/15 on a scale of ten. She did (unintentionally) cause me some stress, but it was more to do with the office's reaction to what she had to say, I think her intentions were good. I think they (the office) hamstrung her, it was a very awkward appointment, I was stressed and frustrated, but she remained calm and kind, composed and professional. She tried as hard as she could to help me and I deeply appreciate her efforts on my behalf. In spite of the fact that I was emotionally wiped out, she stuck with me, remained kind, and made very smart treatment decisions. I trust her completely, and I appreciate so much that she tried as hard as she could to help me.
