Having a heart condition can cause some health anxiety, it is a lot. So having someone talk with me about my problems, review and assess my care, and take me seriously is really helpful. I do not feel judged either, so I can share what I need to and it improves my care. I am always happy to explain my worries or concerns, and listen for an explanation or thoughts and come up with a plan.
