Bio
Dr. Jainy Savla is fellowship-trained in cardiovascular disease and holds board certifications in internal medicine, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. She specializes in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition that affects the heart muscle, and cardiogenetics to assess the likelihood of heart disease development. Dr. Savla uses noninvasive cardiovascular imaging such as transthoracic, stress and transesophageal echocardiography to diagnose and treat heart failure and circulatory disorders.
Dr. Savla earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of California-San Diego before going on to complete her cardiovascular disease fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2019. Dr. Savla previously served for four years as an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology, at the University of Washington in Seattle. She returned to North Texas in 2023.
Dr. Salva is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.
