Tarun Kadaru, MD Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicinein Allen, TX

Dr. Tarun Kadaru is a fellowship-trained cardiologist who provides comprehensive care for patients with cardiovascular disease. He holds certifications in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation qualified to access blood flow using vascular ultrasound imaging. His clinical training also includes transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, cardiac CT, stress testing, cardiac catheterization, and other advanced cardiovascular imaging and diagnostic techniques.

Dr. Kadaru is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care focused on cardiovascular prevention, risk assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, familial hypercholesterolemia and high cholesterol, heart failure, and cardiovascular imaging.

Dr. Kadaru is a graduate of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City. He completed his internal medicine residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas before going on to complete his cardiovascular disease fellowship at the UT Health Science Center at Houston.
