Certified physician assistant Katrina J. Holley is a Texas native committed to the heart and circulatory health of North Texans. She graduated from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas, with a bachelor’s degree in biology before going on to earn her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. While at UT Southwestern, Holley was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. Her clinical experience includes rotations in pediatric cardiology and cardiovascular intensive care, surgery, family medicine, infectious diseases and internal medicine.

Dec 2025This office is very friendly, kind and caring from the front desk nurse drs all the way to checking out.Dec 2025My bp had spiked the nighy before my appt so I was concernrd ee might need to switch drugs but Katrina explained thar based on my readings the drugs are working so we should try a relief d4ug for spikes over 170.
