This group is actually very good and very concerned with my health and they do explain things thoroughly in a way I can understand.

Smoothe operation. Efficient. I was barely seated in the waiting room before being called back. I am currently using a walker and a scale was setup for a walker user to approach. My vitals and EKG were taken quickly in the exam room as well as what meds I am taking. There was a minute or two wait before Kayla came in. So very efficient operation and I never felt rushed or hurried. Very calm flow.

Kayla was attentive. She asked questions to get a better understanding of my problem. She then thoroughly explained what my test results showed. She said more tests were needed and then detailed what those tests were. She kept checking to make sure I understood what she was explaining and the implications. Great empathy and care shown to me.
