It's so refreshing to actually have a provider consider patients concerns and come up with appropriate treatment together. Katie is the best provider I have ever seen. We are military and trust me I have seen many. The fact that Katie continues to Include my Input with my treatment plan Is amazing. I feel like Im actually being listened to as a patient. She consistently comes in with a positive attitude and makes you feel heard and supported. Katie has walked with me through some of the hardest seasons of my life-from losing my dad and dealing with work stress, to managing my diabetes and coming out of a very depressed period. Through all of it, her care has never wavered.What stands out most is that even with a heavy workload, the level of service she provides is always top-notch. There's never a dip in her care or attention. She is steady, compassionate, and fully present every time.I wholeheartedly recommend Katie to anyone. I call your front staff the "welcoming committee" because they always greet patients with positivity. There's no monotone, no negativity-just cheerful, upbeat energy that immediately makes you feel at ease. That makes a real difference, especially on days when I know I'll be having tough conversations about my health.The medical assistants are equally genuine. They don't just ask how my day is going out of habit-they actually listen and care. That sincerity shows, and it helps create an environment that feels supportive and encouraging.Even the checkout process reflects the same level of care. Everything runs efficiently, but the human side of customer service is never lost. You can tell your team is happy, that they get along, and that positivity carries over into the way they take care of patients.In all my visits, I've never experienced or overheard anything negative, aside from one former staff member whose bedside manner wasn't the best. But since she is no longer there, it's clear that your team now is fully aligned in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate atmosphere.You've built an environment that shines.
