Dylan Graham has been caring for North Texas adolescents and adults since 2020. His areas of clinical focus include primary care, internal medicine and chronic disease management. Dylan places a priority on providing quality patient-centered care with the aim of improving and maintaining wellbeing.
Dylan earned his undergraduate degree in biology Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas in Denton. He went on to earn his Master of Physician Assistant Studies while at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Dylan is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Doctor was very interested in my health.Feb 2026I showed up 15 minutes early and was taken back for vitals within five minutes of arrival. The NA completed vitals and told me that Dylan would be in in a few minutes. Within a minute he walked through the door. We discussed my health and plan going forward and set up labs and vaccination. Again, within a minute, NA/Lab Tech walked through the door ready to vaccinate and draw blood. One of my biggest pain points in any clinical visit is the amount of wait time. Absolutely not the case here.
