Bio
Karrah De La Fuente has served as a certified physician assistant in North Texas since 2014. She is experienced in the areas of internal medicine and primary care. Karrah also has collaborated with physicians to provide care for patients with a variety of health conditions. Her comprehensive approach towards delivering patient care includes addressing patients’ immediate needs while also emphasizing health through prevention.
Karrah earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistants Studies while at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Karrah is married with two beautiful children and two dogs, and enjoys traveling.

Apr 2025Good for take care meApr 2025My experience with Karrah was amazing.Apr 2025Karrah took the time to go through all my medical history. For once, I Felt heard and cared for. From the office staff in the front to her nurses Miss [...] and Miss [...]. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming and very helpful. For following up with me after hospital visits to making sure all my medication were filled. My health has changed so much in the past two months. I'm excited to see what the future holds for me being cared by Karrah. She has helped me so much with my diabetes. It's insane how much my numbers have changed and I have hope that in the next three months, I'll be close to a normal A1c than I ever been my whole life as a diabetic.
