I was feeling lousy that day but Dr Ngo helped with a problem I hadn't known about she also had her nurse get me some peanut butter crackers and some apple juice for consuming after my lab were taken.The lady in the lab gave me some water to drink prior to the tests.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. She printed out a copy of my meds list and brought It to me. […] understood my dizziness and walked slowly enough that I could keep up. Dr Ngo noticed that something was wrong with me and listened to my heart and neck was concerned because I was really not myself and she ordered labs to see If I needed more help. EVERYONE WAS TERRIFIC! I finally felt better after the water, apple juice and crackers but also when I was under cooler air. Checkout was a breeze and the lady who did that for me was very nice.

The staff all provide top notch, professional medical care. The front desk is equally well run.

Dr. Ngo is simply the best internist I've ever had - knowledgeable, thorough, good listener, compassionate and amazing on follow up.
