I love this practice! The front office staff is first rate. I waited a long time to get a new patient enrollment with Dr Bethi, and she is certainly worth the wait!

Dr Bethi gives very good and detailed instructions and listens closely to me. The best compliment I can give about my doctor Is I trust her. Many medical offices don't seem to realize that the front desk/office personnel can make or break a practice. The staff this year appeared to work together well. Each patient (me included) was greeted upon opening the door and offered friendly, efficient help checking In/out and answering questions. A big THANK YOU for their attention to patients.

The only part I had any confusion about was what to do next after receiving the orders for a mammogram and bone density. Upon leaving, the front desk gave me clear instructions.
