Bio
Identifying a health problem and finding a solution can be life-changing for a patient, and Madeline Dickerson is dedicated to being part of the solution. She has been in the nursing profession since 2013. As a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, Madeline is qualified to collaborate with the physicians of North Texas Neurosurgical & Spine Center on a variety of health care services for adult patients. She has experience working with neurosurgery, trauma surgery, orthopedic and cardiac patients.
Madeline earned her undergraduate degree in nursing at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. She holds a master’s degree in nursing/ adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville. Outside of work, Madeline, her husband and their two daughters enjoy exploring the Fort Worth Zoo and cheering on the TCU Horned Frogs at home football games.

Maddie was terrific - there was a delay that I had not been notified about ahead of her appearance in the room, but she quickly told me that one or more earlier appointments had gone longer than had been planned. She very quickly went into how my earlier procedure had gone and what the results were. We also discussed an earlier referral that had gone bad. She listened carefully and communicated my concerns to Dr. [...] who came in to further discuss my thoughts on the procedure as well as the poor referral. He asked if I would discuss this poor referral with the practice administrator - which I did and found all here to be concerned and prepared to take the appropriate action.

Towards the end of my appointment she took the time to ask me if I had any questions which I appreciated her asking me even though I didn't. She showed true concerns.
