David Mac McCoy III, APRN, AGACNP-BC Nurse Practitioner-Acute Carein Fort Worth, TX

David Mac McCoy is certified as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. He holds additional certifications as a critical care registered nurse and a stroke certified registered nurse. David has extensive experience supporting trauma and general surgeries. From 2014 to 2022, he served in the area of neuro trauma intensive care within the Plano community.

David earned his bachelor's degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2016. He returned to UT Arlington several years later to earn his advanced degree in nursing/AGACNP. He is a member of the American Association of College of Nursing, American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and Neurocritical Care Society.
