Mar 2025I showed up 15 minutes early prior to my appointment as I was directed to and had all my paperwork filled out ready with my license and insurance cards. I then sat for an additional 30 minutes after my appointment waiting to be called back, after 5 others were called ahead of me. When I first arrived, I was the only person in the waiting room. The front desk seemed more worried about having social hour. Once I had finally waited too long, I approached the front desk and asked if I was going to be seen or not to which I was met with major attitude and said yeah you're next and then had the glass door shut on me. This is absolutely unacceptable for any appointment especially when I came prepared. The NP I met for my post-op apologized profusely on their behalf and was nice to me. Not once did the front desk apologize for forgetting about me or the unneeded attitude I received. I gather this is not the first time this has happened and you need to look at letting this person go as it is a customer facing role and clearly they lack the skills.Feb 2025Gracias a Dios todos muy profesionales y buenaa personasFeb 2025Excellent care.Feb 2025Very goodFeb 2025ExcellentJan 2025Nice peoplesJan 2025Was fineJan 2025She couldn't care less.
