Holly Brianne Weis, MD General Surgery, Surgical Critical Carein Fort Worth, TX

Dr. Holly Weis has cared for North Texans as a board-certified general surgeon since 2022. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville and completed her residency training in general surgery at Parkland Hospital/The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Weis also completed a research fellowship at UT Southwestern before going on to complete her surgical critical care fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Her areas of clinical interest and focus include trauma and emergency surgery, medical and surgical education, and trauma and critical care clinical research.

Dr. Weis is certified in the fundamentals of laparoscopic surgery and endoscopic surgery, performing minimally invasive procedures when appropriate. In addition to her practice, she has served as a clinical assistant professor at the Texas A&M University College of Medicine since 2023. Dr. Weis is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Association of Surgical Education, Association of Women Surgeons, and Society for Critical Care Medicine.
