I cannot convey how excellent she is at talking to the patient, calming fears and concerns, clearing through confusion especially during my admission to the hospital. She showed professionalism, confidence, and a level of empathy for me as a person that is rare in the Medical field as a whole. I cannot commend her enough for how she brought a very frightening and painful moment in my life into perspective and helped calm my fears as well as addressed my pain.
