Melissa Danielle Vickrey, APRN, AGACNP-BC Nurse Practitioner-Acute Carein Fort Worth, TX

Melissa Vickrey has been a critical care registered nurse since 2017, primarily working in the areas of neurology intensive care and neuro trauma. In 2023, she became certified as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. Melissa's additional areas of experience include pulmonology and cardiac monitoring. She believes in advocating for her patients and has led a group of providers in proposing ways to implement and reduce pressure ulcers in the ICU environment.

Melissa earned her bachelor's degree in nursing while attending the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with her master's degree in nursing/AGACNP. Melissa is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, American Nurses Association and Texas Nurse Practitioners organizations.
