Bio
Dr. Mohammad Siadati is a board-certified general surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He began his medical career in 2001 with primary focus in the areas of laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, emergency/trauma surgery, and reoperative surgery for recurrent colorectal cancer and other conditions. Dr. Siadati relocated to the Dallas area from Indiana in 2007. In addition to his practice, he currently serves as trauma medical director for Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital HEB.
Dr. Siadati earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) in Indianapolis. Following medical school, he did a year of gastrointestinal surgery research at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. before returning to Indianapolis for his general surgery residency at IUSM. After completing his residency, he remained at IUSM for a year to work in trauma and general surgery. Dr. Siadati is a member of the Texas Medical Association. He is married and has two sons and a daughter who keep him busy beyond the office.

Doctor Siadati was so warm and friendly. I was so at ease with him and he explained my surgery process so thoroughly I had no questions afterwards what so ever .

I was honestly blown away by how amazing everyone at this clinic has been. I've suffered many chronic conditions, numerous surgeries & dealt with many dr's. Dr Siadati & his staff were the kindest people I've ever met & actually listened to me instead of gaslighting or making me jump through hoops to receive the care I need. I am so grateful he was chosen as my dr when I went to the er & had to have emergency surgery. Shout out to […] for all her help with disability paperwork & helping get the glue off my incisions as well. Thank you so much to everyone for all your help!
