After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin and The University of North Texas in Denton with bachelor’s degrees in physics and computer science, respectively, Dr. Cobos went on to pursue his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Cobos completed his internship and residency in general surgery at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans, La., where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Cobos is a Texas native committed to providing patients with high-quality surgical care. His specialties include advanced laparoscopic surgery and da Vinci® robotic surgery, gastrointestinal endoscopy, sentinel lymph node mapping and wound care.

I was very impressed with the whole process. Any provider I've seen has never been on time. Dr Cobos saw me on time. The whole appointment was impressive

I have never ever been in and out of a doctors office that fast, unbelievable! The doctor obviously read my health chart before coming in to talk to me, he knew all my information which was incredible! We didn't have to spend time going over information he already had and that I had to repeatedly tell to other doctor. His nurses are so nice too!
