Kayla Colvill Obeid, MD General Surgeryin Fort Worth, TX

Dr. Kayla Colvill Obeid is a board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in abdominal transplant surgery. She holds additional certifications in endoscopic surgery and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Obeid is skilled in a variety of surgical procedures including adult and pediatric kidney transplants, peritoneal dialysis access and general surgeries including hernia repairs in transplant candidates and recipients.

Dr. Obeid earned her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She completed her general surgery residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and her abdominal transplant fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Obeid is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, American Society of Transplant Surgeons, Association of Women Surgeons and Texas Medical Association. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling, doing yoga and Peloton workouts, and spending time with family and friends.
