Abigail Ellen Sprunger, DO Obstetrics & Gynecologyin Fort Worth, TX

Dr. Abigail Sprunger spent four years in the Houston area completing her clinical training in obstetrics and gynecology and caring for women before relocating to North Texas in 2025. She is an OB-GYN with additional certifications in the use of robotic and minimally invasive gynecological surgeries. Her other interests include high-risk pregnancy, menopause care and contraception counseling.

Dr. Sprunger earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. She completed her OB-GYN residency at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Sprunger is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is passionate about helping women achieve their optimal health and grow their families. When not with her patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling with family, and cheering for Texas Christian University.
