Bio
Dr. Aurora López has served the health care needs of North Texas women since 2018. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and holds additional certification in the use of the da Vinci robotic surgical system for the treatment of a variety of gynecological conditions, including endometriosis and pelvic/uterine disorders. She is also experienced in contraception management, obstetrical care including normal and high-risk pregnancies, prenatal/postnatal care, and complex deliveries.
Dr. López earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She went on to complete her obstetrics & gynecology residency at Parkland Hospital as part of the UT Southwestern health system. Dr. López is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Jan 2026Dr Lopez had poor bedside manner, she would swear while talking and explaining things and say it was just who she is. […] I did like how she told me about the blood seen in the ultrasound and that if I'm spitting at all not to worry because it's probably because of that. I also liked how she scheduled me to be seen with a higher tech ultrasound office next time to be able to see more details.
