From the summary that I have read, I believe there was a breakdown in communication. One concern is I've had 3 fractures instead of 2. I wasn't able to articulate fully why I'm on disability and I don't take Lexapro to manage my chronic pain.

Problem was a repeat of an earlier one, so I didn't need much additional additional discussion .... I think It was sufficient .... A little discussion, I asked for and received an antibiotic shot and prescription, and the visit was ended.

Everything was fast and smooth and warmer day. It was great.

He listened to my concerns & offered solutions to my concerns

Unfortunately due to not being able to reach the clinic by phone, not sure I would recommend the clinic. The providers and staff are great but the "friendly and family" atmosphere is gone in the clinic. No one seems happy and the new color scheme and lack of any decoration of any kind makes the clinic feel cold and sterile!

The doctor was too rushed with only 15 minutes to spend with me. We did not get to discuss all my questions and concerns. After 15 minutes he got up and left and said he had no time to discuss my issues. He did a good job reviewing my medications and diagnosed an ear issue. But he was very rushed and input my prescriptions incorrectly. He told me next time to schedule 30 minutes if I come in with questions. He said in 15 minutes he can only do a prescription review.

Dr. Dunn is very caring and wants to help his patients.
