The fact that my little one wanted to loved her spoke volumes. She listened, she explained anatomy and provided a solution. As a parent I didn't felt she seriously took my concerns to heart

I went to Cook's ER for this problem last week, and while they were nice, they didn't give me an acceptable answer. I felt pushed out the door without figuring anything out. I went to Katie for a second opinion, felt heard & understood, and was given a solution to the problem.
