Dr. Mair is an incredible doctor. From my first visit to follow-ups, he consistently provides outstanding care and knowledgeable support. He offers very detailed explanations of your condition and treatment. I was very impressed with how much time he took to explain my treatment and answer any questions I had. Among all the doctors I have seen within Texas Health, Dr. Mair is the only one who has never made me feel rushed through my appointments. He takes the time to talk to me, ask questions about my health, and remembers his patients, which is very rare these days. You don't often meet a provider like Dr. Mari.

The staff is amazing, very sweet and kind. The lab person is so caring and always makes sure you feel comfortable. The front desk always makes you feel welcome and provides a quick check-in. The assistants and nurses are also fantastic, always ensuring your medical information is up to date, even if you've already completed the pre-check in the app, which I appreciate because sometimes we can forget things. But they always review your medical history.

Dr Mair is always very thorough in each visit. He uses a Team approach to treating my diabetes- including me in all decisions about treatment.
