My experience with the nurse:From the moment the nurse entered the room, she made a very positive first impression. She was friendly, personable, and professional. She took my vital signs, asked if I had any concerns or questions, and answered everything clearly. Before leaving the room, she let me know that Dr. Benson would be in shortly, which helped me know what to expect.Later, when Dr. Benson determined that a groin examination was appropriate, she explained that a chaperone would be present and asked the same nurse to return. I was admittedly somewhat nervous about such a personal examination, but I was relieved that it was the same nurse who had cared for me earlier in the visit. Her kind and respectful demeanor had already helped establish a level of trust.Throughout the examination, the nurse conducted herself with exceptional professionalism. She remained attentive to her role while also being mindful of my comfort. At several points she looked up with a warm, reassuring smile that helped ease my anxiety. She never said or did anything that made the situation feel awkward or uncomfortable. Instead, her calm presence, compassion, and respectful manner helped preserve my dignity during what can be an uncomfortable experience for many men.Once the examination was complete and I had dressed, she quietly excused herself from the room without drawing unnecessary attention to the situation. It was another example of her professionalism and respect.I wanted to share this feedback because I believe exceptional patient care comes not only from physicians but also from the nursing staff. This nurse demonstrated kindness, empathy, and professionalism throughout my visit, and she made a potentially uncomfortable examination much easier. If she is ever asked to serve as a chaperone for me again, I would feel completely at ease. She is an excellent representative of your practice, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

My experience with Dr Benson:I had been searching for a new primary care physician ever since my longtime doctor retired\. He was an MD who had just started his practice when I first became his patient, and over the years I came to deeply value his dedication, compassion, and thorough approach to care\. Finding someone who could provide that same level of trust and attention has not been easy\.After seeing several physicians, I scheduled an appointment with Dr\. Chi Benson\. From the very beginning, I was impressed by her professionalism and attentiveness\. Although the visit was intended to be a simple meet\-and\-greet, I brought recent lab work with me\. Dr\. Benson took the time to carefully review everything in detail, walking me through her observations, answering my questions clearly, and offering thoughtful, well\-explained feedback\. She never made me feel rushed, and it was evident that she was fully engaged and committed to understanding my health\.During our discussion, she noted that I was overdue for a complete physical and proactively arranged for a follow\-up appointment\. Dr. Chi is very professional and caring. She seemed a bit rushed but still made sure that my concerns were addressed. Im sure that she has a heavy patient load but I realize that is due to Texas Health mismanagement and it is not her fault. I have been very impressed with her and am thankful she was picked as a replacement for dr. Felps.
