Dr. Maxwell did a great job at understanding quickly my concern and consistently included me in the decision making process regarding my care. Back office staff (technology for patient portal concerns), specifically [...], are also efficient, timely and strive for accuracy! My only uncomfortable experience was with the nursing assistant, [...], who aided me before seeing Dr. Maxwell. Very unfriendly, inaccurate in repeating back details and seemed rather "judgemental."

All is well

I changed from seeing the PA and saw Dr Maxwell. He sat with me and patiently answered all my questions. There was no indication whatsoever that I was taking up too much time, I was genuinely surprised at his patience with me and willingness to listen and give me definite answers. I will continue to see Dr Maxwell as opposed to a PA.
