He has prescribed medication to help with some things and also has referred me to another doctor for an assessment on something else. Sadly, on this most recent visit, I can NOT SAY THE SAME FOR Dr. Michael Tolle!He chose to speak "at me" with a very "dismissive" tone as if I were not worthy of his time, energy, nor effort! It actually drew me to tears as it reminded me of my Dismissal Military Father whom I had to "Listen to & NOT SPEAK" to without a "Yes Sir or No Sir"!Apr 2026I needed to refill a Rx and was told by the office staff that I needed an appt, so I chose a virtual visit due to my busy work schedule. I scheduled it for 4/28 at 3:30p. I understand virtual appts can run behind, as noted in the portal and my past experience. At 3:54p, I received a call from staff advising Dr Tolle was running late and it would be closer to 4:15p. By 4:48p, I was still waiting and tried calling the office, but it had already closed at 4:30. By 5p, I hadn't received a call or text and ultimately gave up. I've been a long-time patient of Dr. Tolle and truly value the care he provides, but this situation was very frustrating and a significant inconvenience. I understand that schedules can run behind, especially later in the day, but I believe my time is just as valuable.
