The staff especially at the front desk were so friendly. The wait was very minimal

Little things, she didn't shake my hand or formally introduce herself. She was shaking her leg like she was antsy. It seemed like she was trying to get out quickly.

Doctor was very professional, she listened to questions and responded appropriately and recommended treatment.

Would have liked more education on potential side effects of starting the new medicine.

Dr. Cooper is amazing. She is an excellent provider. [...] my nurse was great as well, as were the check-in and checkout receptionists.

As I've mentioned before, Dr. Cooper is the best medical professional I've ever dealt with, in any medical field. She listens closely to symptoms I describe or questions I have, and provides clear, concise, thoughtful answers, but always allows for my participation in final decisions. Her kindness and sense of humor are secondary considerations in my assessment, but they are important nonetheless. I will continue to use the Texas Health System as long as she's my primary dr. She's that valuable.
