The provider is not welcoming or doesn't have good chairside manner to make you feel comfortable. As a provider myself, I also deal with anxious patients and I think it's important to watch your facial expressions and not make the patient feel like you want them to just get in and out. Not in terms of catering to the patient or babying them, more so to just feel more friendly and welcoming and act like you care.
