Everybody else was nice and on time, except NP Chien she was late.

I was asked to arrive 15 mins early from my appointment, my appointment was at 10am the NP showed up 10:42 she was done by 10:45 she talked so fast and in a hurry. Ordered my lab and urinalysis and done by 11am.

Checking in and leaving the staff was wonderful.

A very good experience. Very knowledgable on the prescriptions I was taking.

The front desk knew I was struggling and made sure I was comfortable and brought me my card and receipt so I could stay seated. The MA made sure to check on me and bring me water. Overall fabulous experience and I felt very taken care of.
