My experience experience with Nurse Practitioner Kieu Nguyen was highly satisfactory. During my recent 15-minute visit, she conducted a thorough physical exam and carefully listened to my lungs.When my insurance plan excluded coverage for my liquid cough syrup, she responded within minutes to my portal request. She efficiently transferred my medications to Walgreens and adjusted the volume to the standard 473 mL bottle so I could utilize a commercial discount card. Her quick action lowered my out-of-pocket costs significantly. I truly appreciate her exceptional support and dedication to affordable patient care.

Kieu was very thorough in explaining all of the options available to me. She always takes extra time to make sure I understand everything.

This office is the best, they are efficient, kind, and caring I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

These are just some of the things I like best about my visits with Kieu. She comes prepared with a review of my medical history, reviews it with me, provides explanations, answers my questions, and most of all she LISTENS. She spends whatever time is needed with her patient.
