I have been a patient of this office for years and I have never had a bad experience. I normally see Pam or [...] and I have only good things to say about them! This visit I saw Pam, and as per her norm, she was very attentive and helpful. She is a wealth of knowledge and always fixes me up. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

This was the first and only time I've had to wait in the lobby of the waiting room 20 minutes before being called back. I know they were very busy and there might have been some reason for this so I'm not angry but this was unusual.

From check-in to actually seeing the provider, the staff was great! Thank you to Pam Whitener, [...] !

Pam Whitener has a way of making you feel you are her only patient of the day. She listens, makes notes, suggests treatments, foods, supplements, etc.

Pam is always pleasant and she cares about your overall health, Pam listens to all of my health concerns. She's amazing and so is the staff. I always leave out with the information I need to feel better and stay feeling better.

Dr Pam is excellent. She is always caring, alert to listening to all of my issues, takes her time & doesn't make me feel rushed, offers advice, I'm not afraid to discuss any issue with her. She is the best doctor I've ever had. […] I thought my appt was at 11:30 but it was at 11:00, however, they were kind enough to adjust my appt so I could be seen by Dr Pam. This time it was my fault as I read it wrong on my phone.

I enjoyed my visit with Pam. She was very understanding and caring.

Texas Health is an outstanding and caring place and employs the BEST people. I would t go anywhere else.
